Spotlight on Desiree, who started as a Press Operator last summer after her high school graduation and returned this summer as a college intern. We greatly appreciate the work she did on time studies, inventory management, and documentation projects and wish her all the best as she returns to the U of MN-Duluth this fall!

Aroplax team members met 1,000+ students at the Monticello High School Career Fair on May 19, highlighting our automation and career opportunities. Thanks to the MHS staff for hosting such an awesome event!

Spotlight on Aaron, who during his 8+ years at Aroplax has progressed from a Press Operator to Lead Operator to Production Supervisor. Aaron loves the technical side of things, and he recently completed a week long AIMI training program in Erie, PA to support his latest career move into a Process/Start-Up technical role. Thanks, Aaron, for all your contributions!
