Aroplax encourages and promotes the ongoing learning and development of our employees. Roger recently attended a week-long, hands-on Sepro robot certification program in Chicago. He was able to train on two different size Sepro robots and learn basic use, programming, and troubleshooting of the robots. The video shows a program Roger made which represents the robot performing 2-cut, runner drop, and put-in-a-box functions. Using robots at Aroplax allows for parts to be taken directly out of the press and placed on a conveyor belt, resulting in increased efficiency and less scrap. Roger gained valuable new skills, which he can apply on the job and with his teammates to further drive automated injection molding solutions for our customers. It’s a win-win for Roger and Aroplax: “My certificate is not only a game changer for me, but for our automation goals here at Aroplax.” Way to go, Roger!
