Frequently Asked Questions

What press sizes are offered?

Aroplax operates 20+ servo-driven electric presses ranging from 30 to 720 tons, each equipped with robotic automation to ensure high-quality, efficient, and consistent manufacturing.

What capabilities does Aroplax offer beyond injection molding?

Aroplax supports the full production process before, during, and post molding.

Up front, we focus on design for manufacturability (DFM), rapid prototyping, and tooling support to ensure parts and tooling are optimized for production. This includes selecting proper cavitation and designing in-mold automation to reduce or eliminate labor when possible, such as auto-unscrewing features and in-mold labeling, for example.

Aroplax also offers value-added post-molding services, including assembly, kitting, custom labeling, packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment programs for key customers.

What materials do you work with?

Aroplax processes a wide range of thermoplastics, including commodity and engineering grades, composites, and custom compounds.

We work with materials such as polyethylene, nylon, and glass- or additive-filled resins, along with other engineered materials based on application requirements.

  • Nylon
  • Polyethylene (PE)
  • Polycarbonate (PC)
  • Polypropylene (PP)
  • Filled materials (glass-filled, mineral-filled, etc.)
  • Other commodity-grade plastics and engineered resins

What types of projects are a good fit for Aroplax?

Aroplax thrives on custom industrial and consumer injection molding applications across a wide range of industries. We are best suited for programs that require high-volume production, consistent quality, and a manufacturing partner involved in design for manufacturability.

We do not produce in-body medical components, but support most other industrial and OEM applications.
