The Aroplax Advantage: Built for High-Volume OEM Projects

Aroplax is a proven manufacturing partner for OEMs producing plastic parts at scale.

We work best with:

  • High-volume parts that require consistent performance in production
  • Applications that benefit from automation and tooling optimization
  • Projects focused on reducing cost at scale
  • Complex industrial and custom programs
  • Lights-out, shoot and ship production programs
  • Full-service programs requiring assembly, kitting, and packaging

Low-volume or one-off production is typically not a good fit for our organization.

  • ISO 9001:2015 certified
  • UL recognized
  • 4 generations of manufacturing experience
  • Full-service, high-volume OEM partner

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I submit this form?

Once your request is received, our team reviews your project from a manufacturability and production standpoint.

You can expect:

  • Follow-up to gather any additional details needed to better understand your application, volume, and budget
  • An initial DFM review of your part and design
  • Feedback on tooling strategy and production approach
  • Preliminary tooling and piece-part pricing based on volume and expected scale
  • A follow-up meeting to review the quote and discuss next steps

Most responses occur within 24–48 hours.

I have an idea for a product. Can you help me bring it to market?

Aroplax works best with OEMs that have a concept or part design started, even in the early stages, along with a CAD file or internal engineering support. Our role is to provide DFM and manufacturing expertise to prepare parts for high-volume production, not to develop new products from the ground up.

Good fit:

  • High-volume parts for established OEMs
  • Early-stage or existing designs supported by CAD or engineering input
  • Programs with defined volume, budget, and production requirements
  • Applications that need to run consistently at scale
  • Projects focused on reducing cost over time

Not a fit:

  • Projects without a defined concept, CAD file, or engineering support
  • One-off or low-volume production projects
  • Personal or consumer product ideas not backed by a company or production plan
  • Programs without defined volume, budget, or scalability requirements

If you’re unsure, submit your project details and we’ll take a look.

What materials do you work with?

Aroplax processes a wide range of thermoplastics, from commodity-grade resins to custom compounds and engineered materials, based on the needs of each application.

Common materials include:

  • Nylon
  • Polypropylene
  • HDPE and LDPE
  • Filled materials (glass-filled, mineral-filled, etc.)

Material selection is part of the DFM process, ensuring the right balance of performance, cost, and manufacturability.
